Meet Ralph Pence
Ralph is the founder and visionary of Advisor’s Resource Company. He founded the company in 2013 with the mission to provide life insurance solutions for advisors and their clients, ensuring they have the best possible advice when it comes to this important part of their financial plan.
Ralph is a graduate of the Ohio State University and is a proud Buckeye. He started his career in the life insurance industry as a pricing actuary. Ralph has been recognized with several industry leadership awards for his achievements in sales and management, including the National Chairman’s Award from Penn Mutual. As a life insurance industry professional for more than 25 years, his success also includes achievements as a top producer. He is active in industry organizations, including the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
Ralph specializes in creative life insurance planning for both individuals and business owners. His focus is to provide our clients with unbiased advice regarding their current life insurance or working as part of the team to develop a plan that meets their specific needs, goals, and objectives.
Ralph’s knowledge and expertise within the life insurance industry has allowed him to help other agents and advisors extensively improve their own careers by teaching them how to be more proactive & holistic and, most importantly, always focus on what’s best for their clients. This includes showing agents, and their clients, the many creative uses of life insurance to accomplish goals regarding retirement planning, tax planning, business planning, and more.
Ralph currently lives in Coppell, Texas with his wife Lynne and his dog, Bo. Outside of his professional career, Ralph is working towards being a “professional” golfer. Although he would use the term loosely in this case. On top of that he is a proud grandfather of 5 with a sixth on the way.

Meet Jordan Pence
Jordan is an experienced partner with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas regarding: financial planning for business owners, tax planning and executive compensation strategies. He is a strong entrepreneurship professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused on Finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He currently lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife Claudia, two sons Thomas and William, and is proud to announce a third child on the way.
Jordan began his professional career in 2010, after graduating from the University of Arkansas, at Armor Wealth as a Financial Advisor.
After 3 years with Armor Wealth, Jordan began his position as a life insurance sales representative with Wealth Concepts Financial. As Wealth Concepts Financial morphed into what is now Advisor’s Resource Company, Jordan leaned on his passion for helping other agents and advisors, which lead to his transition from Sales Representative, to Case Consultation and Design, to Partner of the Company.
Jordan’s knowledge and expertise within the life insurance industry has allowed him to help other agents and advisors extensively improve their own careers by teaching them how to be more proactive & holistic and, most importantly, always focus on what’s best for their clients. This includes showing agents, and their clients, the many creative uses of life insurance to accomplish goals regarding retirement planning, tax planning, business planning, and more.

This success has inspired Jordan to increase his areas of expertise. In 2020 Jordan became a Certified Financial Planner® and re-aligned his focus into a holistic approach that would allow him to help, not only life insurance professionals, but also tax-professionals and their clients.
Today, Jordan has one goal in mind that drives him: To help people make smart financial decisions by being proactive and holistic. He believes that embracing these two values allows advisors to use their time more efficiently and effectively while helping their clients get the best advice possible.

Meet Kathy Levins
Kathy is an experienced Life Insurance New Business Case Manager. Her expertise encompasses all areas of the New Business process including underwriting consultation and policy implementation. Dedicated to servicing agents and clients with the utmost professionalism, she prides herself on being detail oriented, having a team player attitude and a get-it-done mindset.
She graduated from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree where she majored in Psychology and minored in Cognitive Neuroscience. While attending Temple University, she also played 4 years of NCAA Division I Softball. She currently lives in Albrightsville, PA with her husband, Bob, and their 3 children.
Kathy began her professional career in 2003. At that time, she was the assistant to the Regional Vice President for Midland National Life Insurance Company. Since then, she has had the pleasure, and experience, of working directly with many different carriers on the Life Insurance side. Kathy spent 15+ years working for the same agency out of Hopewell, NJ.
She has been with Advisor’s Resource Company since 2019. Agents, advisors, and clients that have partnered with Advisor’s Resource Company know that Kathy operates with one goal in in mind: to always do what’s best for the client. This ensures that she will do whatever she can to help agents and advisors use their time efficiently and effectively while guiding them and their clients through the new business process.
Kathy’s team-player attitude carries over to her personal life as well. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, coaching youth sports (including softball). She also volunteers her time with the non-profit organization, Family Promise of Lower Bucks.

Meet Julie Ramirez
Julie is an extremely diversified and experienced professional in the Financial Services Industry with excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills. She thrives at establishing and maintaining relationships with both advisors and clients.
Julie began her professional career in the Big Apple after graduating from high school in 1970 in The Bronx, NYC, where she grew up. Julie continued to work in the insurance industry in New York until 1981, when she moved to Texas. While in Texas, Julie maintained her career in the insurance industry while raising her two sons. She is proud to say they were both baseball boys and calls herself a “baseball mom/grandma”. Julie enjoys spending time and celebrating life with family, friends, pets and offers help to anyone that is in need.
Julie joined Advisor’s Resource company in 2014 and has been instrumental to the company’s success throughout the years. Julie’s wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry, as well as her open-and-honest attitude, has helped her serve as a liaison between advisors, clients and the carries that Advisor’s Resource Company utilizes. She always strives to help advisors and clients use their time more efficiently and effectively by providing proactive solutions throughout the entire case implementation and management process.
Julie’s support for advisors and clients is backed by her expertise among many areas within the financial services industry, including: Life & Health Insurance, Estate Planning, Administrative and Marketing Assistance, Underwriting, and Operations.
Outside of her professional career, Julie is the proud “grandma” of the family. She currently lives in Hurst with her husband, Guy, and her corgi, Maddy. She takes every opportunity to bring her family together, which includes: her sons Eric and Derick, her grandsons Parker and Miles, and too many others to count.

Meet Brendan Healy
Brendan is an experienced professional in areas including, but not limited to, life insurance case consultation, financial planning for business owners, and illustration design. He has a strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, where he attended from 2016-2020 on a full academic Presidential Scholarship. He currently lives in Dallas, Texas, where he enjoys running on the Katy Trail, reading, and trying new restaurants with friends.
Brendan began his professional career in 2020 with Marsh McLennan in Austin, Texas as an Account Coordinator. Prior to graduating, he served as treasurer for his fraternity, Theta Chi, where he was in charge of a $1.2 million annual budget and 6 employees.
After one year with Marsh McLennan, Brendan joined the Advisor’s Resource team as an IMF wholesaler. As the company has grown, so has Brendan’s role, with him currently serving as the Vice President of Wholesale. This position allows him to assist advisors and agents with inventive ways to use life insurance as a vehicle for tax-free retirement income, business planning, and more.

Meet Travis Pence
Travis is an experienced professional in areas including digital marketing, website and CRM software management, and project implementation. Travis gained knowledge and experience in these areas over the years by utilizing skills he was taught while obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree focused on Print Journalism from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
He currently lives in Irving, Texas with his wife, Jasmine. Outside of their professional careers, Travis and Jasmine enjoy staying as active as possible through their hobbies including dirt bike riding, mountain biking and caring for their four pets: a tortoise named Tortellini, a leopard gecko named TJ, and two love birds named Steve and Harvey.
Travis began his professional career in 2014, after graduating from the University of Arkansas. Prior to graduation, Travis worked for the university’s newspaper, The Arkansas Traveler, where he had more than a dozen articles published.
In 2014 Travis started as a digital marketing coordinator at Wealth Concepts, which, over the years, has morphed into what is now Advisor’s Resource Company. As the company grew, so did Travis’ expertise. Travis believes that in today’s world it is crucial to uphold a proactive mindset and to always be adaptable to change. He recognizes that in order for Advisor’s Resource Company to continue helping agents and advisors do what’s best for their clients, the company needs to stay on the cutting edge of technology. This growth-oriented mindset has led Advisor’s Resource Company to embrace all the tools available that will allow the company to operate more efficiently and effectively.
